The place was immaculately clean and modern, had brilliantly helpful staff from the maids. Had brand-new, beautifully maintained room with a fridge as well as a balcony. The food was amazing, I loved bread and fruit.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff was brilliantly helpful. The central setting in the sand from the hurricane was unique and interesting. The hotel's location allowed for a short walk to the Mega mall, the "fancy" restaurant, and other areas.

The buffet lunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Very varied. The attention of the staff is phenomenal. Too kind.

Pillows very uncomfortable, transport is TOO expensive. The schedules are very "Americanized," the same and could have more flexibility for the buffet because Mexicans have other meal times.

Great location 🏖️! The hotel is conveniently situated right by the beach, which is also not far from the airport and other attractions within the resort. My room was on the second floor, it was brand new and very well-maintained.

The staff is incredibly helpful, especially the maids. the rooms on the second level are well-kept and a nice size. - the pool is clean and inviting. - the location in the Zona Hotelera district by the ocean and dining spots is unbeatable.

Very good food, very varied. Good bed, very comfortable.

The dinner a la carte is very limited, the number of people and if you go for a day you have no chance to dine there because you have to make the reservation from 8 to 11 am, if you reach would be 2 or more nights. I didn't like it.

Beautiful and clean resort, conveniently located near a mall and store. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent value for money, great drinks and food options. Enjoyed the heated pool and nearby beaches.
